My name is Elijah Van Dyke and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Sports Business from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Sport Business from Temple University.

Sports have played a meaningful role in my life, shaping my passion for the powerful impact athletics can have on individuals and communities. Throughout my educational journey, I have identified my purpose within the sports industry: to support athletes beyond competition and help prepare them for long-term success.

I am currently the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development & Letterwinner Engagement at the University of Cincinnati, where I create programs and experiences that support student-athletes beyond the game. I am passionate about helping student-athletes grow as leaders, prepare for their careers, and make the most of their college experience while equipping them with skills that will serve them well after graduation.

Looking ahead, I plan to continue expanding my impact within athlete development and engagement by designing meaningful programs and experiences that support athletes across diverse competitive environments and stages of their careers.
