My name is Elijah Van Dyke and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (concentration in Sports Business) from Arizona State University and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Business from Temple University.

Reflecting on my deep connection with sports and its profound influence on my life. Throughout my college journey, I have identified two key objectives within the sports industry. Firstly, I aim to bring the community and the team together, fostering meaningful and unforgettable experiences for fans, remembering impactful experiences as a kid. Recognizing the profound societal impact of sports, I am driven to contribute to that meaningful influence.

Secondly, I aspire to streamline the off-court and life after sport experience for professional athletes or intercollegiate student-athletes, allowing them to concentrate on the game and refine their skills on the court. My ultimate goal is to secure a full-time position in Student-Athlete Development or Player Engagement, where I can positively impact players' lives beyond the game through programming and events that will serve the athletes long after their playing careers.

While pursuing my goal, I am currently working in Student-Athlete Development as the Assistant Character Formation Coordinator at Baylor University while I push to finish my degree at Temple University. This opportunity serves as a stepping stone, facilitating my professional growth in the industry and ultimately leading to my long-term aspirations.

Additionally, I have completed an 11-month role as a Student-Athlete Development Assistant at Temple University during the 2024- 2025 academic year.
