My name is Elijah Van Dyke and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Sports Business from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Sport Business from Temple University.

Sports have played a meaningful role in my life, shaping my passion for the powerful impact athletics can have on individuals and communities. Throughout my educational journey, I have identified my purpose within the sports industry: to support athletes beyond competition and help prepare them for long-term success.

I am currently working full-time as the Academic Advisor and Life Skills Coordinator at Troy University, where I support student-athletes through academic advising and holistic development programming. My focus is on streamlining the off-court and life-after-sport experience for intercollegiate student-athletes, allowing them to fully concentrate on their sport while building the skills and resources necessary to succeed during and after their playing careers.

Looking ahead, I plan to continue expanding my impact within athlete development and engagement by designing meaningful programs and experiences that support athletes across diverse competitive environments and stages of their careers.
